Stock Arrow White

Matthiola incana

Arrow stock seed produces a higher amount of double flowers.  Generally stock will produce about half single flowering stems and half double (pictured) so this variety is a good one to grow.

• Harvest: when half of the flowers are open on the stem

Seed Sowing:

Start seed indoors 6 weeks before your last frost.  Can be transplanted outdoors when weather is still cool.  Do not pinch.  

Cut Flower:

Harvest when half of flowers have opened.  Do not cut too young, as remaining flowers will be slow to open.
