Seed Sowing:

Sow seeds 6-8 weeks before last frost, surface sow seeds and do not cover.  Bottom water as to not displace the seeds.  Be gentle with roots when transplanting, poppies like cool soil. Can be direct sown in fall and spring. 

Cut Flower:

Harvest at bud crack stage, sear cut stems for 10 seconds with hot water or flame, before putting in water.
