Seed Sowing:

Sow seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.  Plant out only when all danger of frost has passed.  Can be direct seeded into the ground as soon as soil can be worked.  

Cut Flower:

Harvest when seedpods have formed and top blooms have faded.  Cress is also beautiful dried, hang upside down until stem is firm.
