• Harvest: when flower is 50 percent open

Seed Sowing:

Sow seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before last frost date.  Do not burry the seeds to deep when sowing.  

Cut Flower:

Cut aster when it is about half way open, expect a good vase life of 7-10 days.  Should go straight into water once cut.  Can be dried, if you want to dry aster wait until the flower is fully open before cutting.
