Ammi (Queen Anne's Lace) Mix

This mix contains shades of dark purple, pink and white.  Bees, ladybugs and insects love this flower, I like to companion plant this amongst my sweet peas.

• Harvest: when 80 percent of the flower umbrel are open

Seed Sowing:

Sow seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before planting outdoors.  Harden off and transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed.  Can be direct seeded outdoors after last hard frost, sow seed thinly in rows, cover with soil lightly.  

Cut Flower:

Harvest the flower stem after 80 percent of the flowers have opened.  Stems can wilt if you harvest before this time.   Can cause skin irritation, use gloves and wear long sleeves while harvesting.
